Pricing is based on what you want and need for your website.  There are no "package deals" because each site is different.

Some things to consider:

  • Number of pages
  • How many photos or other graphics are required
  • Will you be selling products on your site?  If so, will you be adding the products or will we? Number of items in your online store or catalog.
  • Will you need any forms for collecting information?
    Does the form need to send an automatic reply to your customer?
  • What do you envision for the look and feel of your site?
    Make a list of sites you like and what you like about each.
  • Are there any specific must-haves?
  • What, if any, special functionality are you interested in?
    This would be anything outside of the overall design and basic construction.   Flash, message forum, members only area, videos, photo gallery, poll, etc.
  • Will everything you provide be sent electronically or do print catalogs and photos need to be scanned?
  • Do you require copy editing?
Standard Fees:
  • Per Page - $125.00 (effective 3/01/08)
    Includes the overall site design and layout that will be used consistently on each page on your site, formatting the text copy that you provide of up to roughly 300 words, a couple of your images that you provide, and site navigation.
     
  • Photo Editing - Usually $5.00 each for standard resizing and clean-up and applies when there will be more than 1-2 pictures on the page. Additional fees for added graphical enhancements to photos. Depends on what you need done. Discounts provided for over 300 photos.
     
  • Scanning - $10.00 per document.
     
  • Convert electronically provided documents to Adobe PDF Format - $5.00 per page. Making changes to the file is additional.
     
  • Photo Gallery - $175.00 to install, configure, and add the design that matches the rest of your website. You can then add your photos or we can after
    agreeing on a fee that is based on how many photos you want uploaded and whether or not you need anything done to the photos prior to adding them to your gallery.
     
  • Flash Logos - start at $125.00
     
  • One Page Websites - start at $350.00. These typically include a form, lots of extra formatting, more images, etc.
     
  • Site Maintenance - $60.00 per hour. Effective 3/01/08 30 minute minimum charge

New projects are being accepted for start dates of late March 2008 and beyond.

Deposits
50% prior to project start
50% of the balance is invoiced after 45 days if we have not received all of your content or instructions.
Balance due prior to publishing of your site "live".
